Fusion of flavors and traditions

Hello! I'm Maria, born in northeastern Brazil, where farm life taught me the power of nature. My passion for cooking and food led me to study Food Engineering, focusing on creating a more sustainable future.

Each region of Brazil has its own culinary richness, and in my home, we enjoy vibrant and unique flavors. My travels to Europe transformed my perspective, where I discovered new textures and ingredients that inspired me deeply.

Now, in Tenerife, I combine the best of my Brazilian roots with the freshness of local products. Join me on this journey of flavors and discover the magic of each bite!
